How long will the verification process take?
Account verification currently takes 24hr; however, during periods of high popularity and media scrutiny, verification is likely to take longer due to an influx in new users. You will be notified by mail when your account is verified.
Do I need to verify my account to start trading?
No, you do not need to verify your account to start trading on Tradexic. Verification is only required for users wishing to deposit/withdraw fiat currencies (e.g. USD, INR, SGD), and for users who wish to speed up the deposit process. Users wishing to deposit/trade/withdraw cryptocurrencies are not required to verify their account. However, as per our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to ask for KYC information at any point in time if your account activity raises flags.
What if I don't have an Area Code for my phone number?
Please enter a 00 instead of the area code.
What if I live in a rental property?
If your rental agreement is dated no older than 90 days, please submit your rental agreement. If it is older than 90 days, please contact support@tradexic.io
What additional forms of Proof of Residence do you accept?
None of the following documents can be older than 90 days:
- Mobile phone contracts
- Insurance contracts
- Downloadable e-statement utility bill
- Letter from a governmental department; e.g., tax statement
- Insurance statement
- Certified Statement from a Notary Public
- Rental property agreement
